Frank Romito has nearly forty years of tax, accounting and auditing experience.  Prior to co-founding Romito, Tomasetti & Associates, P.C., he was a revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service and later a tax manager with KPMG, an international accounting firm. 

Frank is involved in all aspects of the firm’s practice, including audits and reviews; however, his primary focus is on federal and state taxation.  An experienced tax specialist, Frank consults with businesses and individuals in a broad range of tax matters, including income, estate and gift tax planning and preparation, ruling requests, acquisitions and reorganizations and succession planning.  He services closely held companies, non-profit organizations and individuals.  Frank’s clients are engaged in a variety of activities, including retail, distribution, manufacturing, alternative energy, and personal services.

Frank is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he received his Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.   He is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
